Thomas J. Alley

Tom is Sr. Vice President at Morgan Stanley with a strong background in asset management. He offers valuable knowledge and insights for our development and planned giving programs.

Andy Cannon

A pastor and co-founder of Providence Network, Andy has 30 years of experience in inner-city ministry including successfully establishing transitional housing programs. He is a visionary leader with incredible compassion for serving others.

Diane Gibson

As creator of a national crating & shipping franchise, our board chair, Diane, contributes a great deal of passion along with her strong management and marketing expertise. She has been recognized as The Denver Business Journal's 2008 Outstanding Women in Business - Jean Yancey Award for Large Companies.  

Joseph Gschwendtner 

Joe is an accountant and entrepreneur with a strong background in sales and accounting. This skill set provides valuable direction for our financial plans and organizational goals.   

Idella Kercher 

Idella has one of the best understandings of urban ministry in Denver as a result of her experience with the JD Edwards Foundation. That, combined with her long standing relationships in the corporate and philanthropic communities has made a significant impact on the organization.    

F. Kevin Kurtz 

Kevin's experience as Founder and President of Newcastle Properties offers an expertise in commercial real estate and property development/management that has been crucial to the growth of our transitional & affordable housing programs.      

Derek Kuykendall

Derek is the Executive Director of Providence Network and brings 15 years of human service, social justice ministry and affordable housing experience to this role. He holds a Masters degree in Social Work and is a native of Colorado.      

Jerry Middel

Jerry, a past president of the Board, has contributed in many ways to the success of Providence Network through his background in financial planning and relationships in the philanthropic community.       

Kent Moore 

An oil and gas entrepreneur, Kent's keen sense of business has provided valuable guidance to the mission and long-term strategic plans of the organization.        

Mike Nelligan

After several years in the trucking industry, Mike offers a wealth of knowledge in business administration, project development and implementation.         

Christy Porter

Christy runs the Cotillion Academy and has played a significant role in the growth of K-Life and other youth organizations. She shares a unique experience base in program development, fundraising and communication.
