These aparment complexes serve graduates of our FirstStep program and other similar programs in the city through continued support of friends and peers in a safe, sober living environment.

Victory House and Clausen House

Victory House offers:

  • One, two and three-bedroom units 
  • Affordable rents for families at 30-40% Area Median Income (AMI)
  • Walking distance to public transportation and shopping
  • Community room and fenced in playground
  • Community group and service activities
  • Love and encouragement of healthy mentors and peers
  • Support services such as legal aid, counseling, budgeting and after-school programs

  • Affordable rents for families at 30-40% Area Median Income (AMI)

  • Community group and service activities
  • Love and encouragement of healthy mentors and peers
  • Support services such as legal aid, counseling, budgeting and after-school programs
