Victory Apartments is an affordable "NextStep" apartment community for men, women and families who have graduated from our Level I transitional housing program or other similar programs in the city. It provides a safe drug & alcohol-free environment with the love and encouragement of healthy mentors and peers. 

The building offers:

• One, two and three-bedroom units
• Affordable rents for families at 30-40% Area Median Income (AMI)
• Walking distance to public transportation and shopping center
• Community room and fenced in playground
• Community group and service activities
• Support services such as legal aid, counseling, budgeting and after-school programs
